STL apartment complex sells for $71M

A 278-unit multifamily apartment complex in St. Louis sold for nearly $71 million.

Invesco Real Estate purchased the real estate from Balke Brown Transwestern, which developed it in 2013 for $42 million. The property is located in the Forest Park area.

Real estate data firm Reonomy notes the purchase is the largest transaction of the year so far in St. Louis.
