The St. Louis Board of Aldermen gave approval for tax incentives to support the redevelopment of a downtown hotel.
Midas Hospitality is planning a $50 million renovation of the 266-room hotel inside the former Edison Brothers Building.
The board's legislation would provide abatement for 10 years at 75% property tax, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
