St. Louis-based agriculture company Bunge Ltd. (NYSE: BG) announced plans to build a $550 million manufacturing plant in Morristown, Indiana.
Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2023.
The plant would produce soy protein concentrate and textured soy protein concentrate. Those ingredients are used to make plant-based proteins.
