St. Louis-based aerospace and defense manufacturer Essex Industries is expanding through an acquisition.
Essex is buying Seymour, Connecticut-based manufacturer Precision Aerospace Inc. for undisclosed terms.
The deal follows Essex's purchase of Milford, Connecticut-based Stevens Manufacturing in 2021.
