St. Louis accounting firm Brown Smith Wallace is slated to be sold to a larger company in the industry.
California-based Armanino, the 21st largest accounting firm in the United States, is expected to close Aug. 1 on the purchase of Brown Smith Wallace. The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Brown Smith Wallace is St. Louis' third-largest accounting firm.
