St. Louis-based Stifel Financial penned a deal for undisclosed terms to purchase Business Bancshares.
Business Bancshares is the parent company of The Business Bank of St. Louis.
From a single branch, The Business Bank has roughly $620 million in assets.
Stifel also operates a branch in Springfield at 1935 E. Battlefield Road.
