Stephen Colbert gets nasty with Amazon

The feud between online retailer Amazon and publisher Hachette just got the Colbert bump, of sorts.
 
Hachette, which publishes the comedian's books, has accused Amazon of deliberately delaying the stocking or shipping of its titles. The delay is allegedly retaliation in an ongoing dispute over Amazon's request that it be allowed to lower prices on Hachette titles and pay the publisher less for them.
 
Colbert last week weighed in on the fracas on his television show. CNNMoney reports the satirist criticized Amazon's tactics. He also redirected potential buyers to another retailer and offered "I didn't buy it on Amazon" stickers to viewers.
