Ten Democratic state attorneys general filed suit to block T-Mobile's merger with Sprint.
The officials cited consumer cost worries should the $26 billion deal be finalized. Missouri is not among the states involved.
New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is among those leading the suit, said the deal is “exactly the sort of consumer-harming, job-killing megamerger our antitrust laws were designed to prevent.”
