The state of Missouri is providing incentives for a large-scale music production facility planned in the St. Louis County city of Chesterfield.
The St. Louis Business Journal reports the state is contributing up to $2.9 million in subsidies in exchange for job creation. The project is expected to create more than 100 jobs.
The $111 million, 330,000-square-foot development is slated to open in spring 2023 on 32 acres.
