The state of Missouri on Thursday broke ground on a $151 million public health and crime laboratory campus in Jefferson City.
The project would allow the Department of Health and Senior Services, the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Conservation and Missouri State Highway Patrol to share resources under one roof.
Construction is slated for completion in fall 2026.
