Project description: The comprehensive revamp of existing State Fair Community College Health Science facilities – now located in a gymnasium – are intended to transform occupational therapy, physical therapy and dental programs. The new facility, previously dedicated to esports and advanced automotive programs, will be repurposed, with a focus on ensuring all spaces are properly sized, meet code requirements and support anticipated growth. Plans call for the facility to be open to the community.
