Jennifer Tidball has been named acting director of the Missouri Department of Social Services.
It's the second time she's served as acting director, after holding that role during the first half of 2017. She's currently deputy director of the department.
She fills the gap left vacant by Steve Corsi. Gov. Mike Parson's office announced in April Corsi would leave for a new job at an unidentified faith-based nonprofit.
