Charlie Javice, who founded a startup that was acquired by JPMorgan Chase in 2021, has been sentenced to prison for defrauding the bank.
Javice and Olivier Amar, her chief growth officer, were found guilty in March for overstating how many customers the Frank fintech startup had.
Frank was purchased by JPMorgan Chase for $175 million.
