Minimally viable product …
I started my business coaching company to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System. EOS is a system to get your team on the same page while creating a clear vision, gaining traction and optimizing the health within the organization.

Problem solving …
Most business owners juggle 136 issues every day – people issues, growth or lack thereof, accountability, not enough profit or time, struggling to break through the ceiling to the next level. Most issues get patched up with duct tape until it eventually implodes. EOS takes care of all of those issues at the root level.

Hurdles overcome …
Helping business owners identify that having a coach, an operating system and support is a strength, not a sign of weakness or poor management. It’s one thing to have great ideas, but it takes strategy and support to implement them.

Next phase …
My next phase is opening to more speaking opportunities, producing a monthly newsletter and offering one-to-one executive life coaching in addition to implementing EOS.

Pivot …
Prior to being an EOS Implementer, I did one-on-one life and business coaching. Going from one-on-one sessions to coaching leadership teams has opened a new platform for greater positive ripples of change.

Best advice …
Keep it simple. When the going gets tough, the tough go back to the basics, so take care of your foundation of mind, body, spirit and the rest will follow.

Food for thought …
Be intentional by setting up a framework in your life and business that aligns with your core values. That proactively empowers you to run your life and business, and it doesn’t run you.
