Starbucks Corp. in March plans to triple paid parental leave for in-store employees.
Birth parents will receive 18 weeks of paid leave at 100% of their average pay, according to a company announcement. Parents who don't give birth will receive 12 weeks of paid leave.
The company's current policy offers six weeks of paid paternal leave and up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave.
