A years-long contract fight between Starbucks and Kraft ended Tuesday with an agreement the coffee maker will shell out $2.7 billion.
The dispute was born after Starbucks backed out of a contract in 2010, under which Kraft handled the coffee chain's grocery store business, according to CNNMoney.
Starbucks agreed to pay $2.2 billion in damages and more than $500 million in additional fees to Mondelez International, which owned Kraft when the contract was in place.
