The 950-square-foot location will feature café tables and chairs and upholstered furniture. In addition to its coffee beverages, the store will offer a line of specialty coffee beans, pastries and merchandise, including coffee and espresso machines.
Stores hours at the 2825 S. Glenstone location will be 8 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Sunday.
This is the sixth Starbucks location to open in Springfield, and there are three more in Ozark, Nixa and Branson.
Bass Pro Shops has plans to open a Starbucks kiosk in its Outdoor World. A date for the opening has not been set.

Logistics company Premier Truck Group is building a new truck sales and repair facility in Strafford, using precast contract, metal framing, thermoplastic polyolefin roofing and standing-seam metal in its construction.
