Starbucks is boosting pay for its employees.
The company is increasing its U.S. hourly minimum wage to $15 per hour, up from $12. It's slated to be fully enacted by summer 2022.
Employees with two or more years of service could receive a raise of up to 5% in January 2022, with workers of five or more years getting a bump of up to 10%.
