Members of Starbucks Workers United have voted to authorize a strike.
Union leadership now have authorization to call a strike if demands aren't met related to pay and working conditions.
Strikes are currently planned in more than 25 cities on Nov. 13.
Workers at the Springfield Starbucks store at 1008 E. Battlefield Road held a "practice picket" Oct. 31 as part of a nationwide movement.
