Reality TV star Duane "Dog" Chapman, known for his show "Dog the Bounty Hunter", was targeted by a $430,000 scam.
The scam involved a check delivered to Chapman to make a speech at an economic empowerment convention in Dubai.
Seemingly from Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, emails asked for access to personal bank accounts.
Chapman reportedly could have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in the scheme, but his team was able to identify the scam.
