Staples will help some of its workers pay off their student loans.
The company will pay $100 per month for three years - a total of $3,600 - to eligible employees. The benefit initially will be available for top performers nominated by leadership, as well as new hires for Staples' business-to-business sales team.
Staples plans to expand the student loan repayment plan to additional groups in the future.
