The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis named a new chief operating officer.
Kathleen Paese will take on the role at the start of 2021. She succeeds the retiring David Sapenaro.
Paese is currently executive vice president of the St. Louis Fed's Treasury Division. She has more than 30 years of experience with the organization.
