Project description: Springfield Public Schools’ new 68,000-square-foot Bingham Elementary School will replace the existing facility and serve more than 450 students in grades kindergarten through five. The two-story building is designed to include 23 classrooms, support spaces, a safe room gymnasium, an art room, a media center, a community room, a cafeteria and an administration suite, project officials say.
