St. John's patient tower

Posted online

DeWitt/Dunn is the general contractor for the patient tower project at St. John’s Springfield campus. The seven-floor tower comprises 350,000 square feet and is part of St. John’s $326 million master sites plan. Christner Inc. of St. Louis is the architect for the tower project, and Alper Audi is the structural engineer. The tower, which will be the main entrance for St. John’s, will add 110 patient beds for the hospital. The bottom floor is to have meeting space that will accommodate 400 to 450 people for hospital and community events. The patient tower has an estimated cost of $101 million and is scheduled to open in November 2007.[[In-content Ad]]
