St. John's Patient Tower

DeWitt/Dunn is the general contractor for the patient tower project on St. John’s Springfield campus. The seven-floor tower will have a total of 350,000 square feet and is part of St. John’s $326 million master sites plan. The architect is Christner Inc. and Alper Audi is the structural engineer. The tower, which will be the main entrance for St. John’s, will add 110 patient beds for the hospital. The bottom floor will have meeting space to accommodate 400 to 450 people for hospital and community events.

The patient tower, scheduled to open in November 2007, has an estimated cost of $101 million.
