St. John's Patient Tower

Posted online
General contractor DeWitt/Dunn continues work on the new patient towers at St. John’s Springfield campus. The seven-floor tower has an estimated cost of $101 million. The architect for the 350,000-square-foot tower is Christner Inc., and Alper Audi is the structural engineer. The tower is part of St. John’s $326 million master sites plan. The tower will serve as the main entrance for St. John’s. It will add 110 patient beds for the hospital. The bottom floor will have meeting space to accommodate up to 450 people for hospital and community events. The project is slated for completion in November.
