St. John's Clinic ranks among nation's Top 10 in patient satisfaction
St. John's Clinic recently announced that its patient satisfaction scores are the third-highest in the nation among 60 clinics in its peer group which comprises organizations with more than 100 providers, according to the St. John's Web site. Clinics in the ranking were evaluated by Press Ganey, a South Bend, Ind. Research company. Scores were calculated through surveys mailed to patients and returned directly to Press Ganey for scoring. St. John's Clinic also ranked in the top 40 of all 280 clinics surveyed.
