St. George’s Donuts expanding to Nixa

St. George’s Donuts is adding a shop in Nixa.

Nick St. George, who also owns company stores at 3628 E. Sunshine St. in Springfield and 1415 W. Highway J in Ozark, said his goal is to open the new Nixa location at 701 N. McCroskey St. in spring 2026. Village Marketplace landlord Jared Commercial & Management LLC first teased the St. George’s Donuts eatery in a Nov. 21 Facebook post. 

St. George said he signed a lease rate for undisclosed terms to occupy roughly 1,300 square feet in Village Marketplace. The lease initially runs five years and has two five-year options, he said.

"The reason I chose Nixa is because it is a nice growing community," St. George said via email. "I liked the location on Highway 160 – it is visible with high traffic. Also, I was excited to get a chance to work with Jared Commercial for the first time."

As with his two other stores, St. George said he would own the Nixa St. George's Donuts via NTSG Enterprises LLC. A South National Avenue store in Springfield, as well as a location in Marshfield, are separately owned in the St. George family, according to past reporting.
