A St. Charles County election judge supervisor who broke quarantine has died after contracting COVID-19.
Health officials said the unnamed supervisor received a positive test Oct. 30 but still worked Election Day at the county precinct at Blanchette Park Memorial Hall in St. Charles.
There were nearly 2,000 voters at the polling place on Election Day, though it's unclear if any were directly exposed.
