A St. Charles County business owner has pleaded guilty to failing to pay more than $3 million in taxes.
Jeffrey Bauza, who owned truck driving schools CDL Training Service & Consulting and CDL Training Services of Missouri at the time of the offenses, admitted to using part of $2.3 million in income, Social Security and Medicare taxes he withheld from employee paychecks to pay for personal expenses.
He also failed to pay $1 million in employer contributions to the IRS.
