Creve Coeur-based SSM Health is buying a home health business.
The financial terms of the deal for The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater St. Louis were undisclosed.
“Ultimately, we believe SSM Health is the right partner to ensure we’re able to continue meeting the growing and evolving needs of the individuals and families we serve," said Nesa Joseph, CEO and president of VNA, in a statement.
