Project description: SRC Holdings Corp. is expanding its Logistics division with a 144,000-square-foot preengineered metal building and an 8,000-square-foot office building. The project is part of the remanufacturing company’s plan to add 1.1 million square feet of space valued at $75 million-$100 million in development over the next 10 years. BRP Architects designed the facility and is the landscape architect, and engineering work is by Bergmann Engineering Co. LLC, structural; Olsson Inc., civil; and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
