Burrell Behavioral Health added SRC Holdings Corp. executive Krisi Schell to its board of directors.
Schell, executive vice president of human resources for SRC, joins a board with 12 members, said Matt Lemmon, Burrell vice president of communications.
“We are incredibly grateful to have gifted volunteer leaders continue to step forward and help lead our organization,” Burrell President and CEO C.J. Davis said in a news release. “Krisi’s experience in human resources, as well as her entrepreneurial corporate mindset, will be invaluable in helping Burrell not only grow our business, but better engage our workforce in the mission and vision of this organization.”
Schell, who has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and general business, also is a board member at organizations including SRC and sister company The Great Game of Business, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Springfield Innovation Inc.

The Republic School District is on track to open its Intermediate School for fifth- and sixth-grade students for the 2025-26 academic year.
