Squishmallows maker Kelly Toys Holdings is looking to dismiss a lawsuit filed last year against Build-A-Bear Workshop.
Kelly Toys Holdings and Build-A-Bear have asked for litigation to be dismissed. They did not give a reason or mention a settlement.
In its suit last year, Kelly Toys Holdings alleged Build-A-Bear's Skoosherz plush line is too similar to Squishmallows.
