Sprint closed on a deal to sell its Overland Park, Kansas campus.
Wichita-based Occidental Management bought the 4 million-square-foot campus for undisclosed terms. Sprint plans to consolidate its operations into four buildings from 11 as part of a sale-leaseback agreement.
The U.S. Department of Justice reportedly is close to making a decision on Sprint's $26.5 billion merger with T-Mobile.
