Springfield seventh-grader Molly Leighninger is slated to appear on Gordon Ramsay's "MasterChef Junior" TV show.
A student at Summit Preparatory School in Springfield, Leighninger is a cooking competition veteran. She's also appeared in TV spots with Steve Harvey and cooked with Rachel Ray.
The first episode of the new "MasterChef Junior" season starts March 17.
