Springfield real estate brokerages combine

Two Springfield real estate brokerages joined forces this month.

Katie Anthony and her team at Team Ozarks Realty have combined into Realty One Group Grand, said Loren B. Winter, broker and owner of the latter brokerage, which operates as a franchise of Las Vegas-based Realty One Group. Team Ozarks previously was an independent brokerage.

Winter said the transition became effective Aug. 1, and no money changed hands in the deal. Anthony's brokerage, with over 30 agents on board, is now known as Team Ozarks Group within Realty One Group Grand. The entire local organization now counts some 50 real estate agents, Winter said.

"After years of operating my own brokerage, this move frees me up to dedicate more time to agent training and realty education," Anthony said in a news release. "The resources of Realty One Group Grand give agents who join everything they need to grow their business while staying true to the culture and legacy I’ve always believed in. I am excited to take this next step with a brokerage that shares our values and vision and honored that so many agents have chosen to join me at Realty One Group Grand."

The now-larger Realty One Group Grand offers residential and commercial services.

Realty One Group Grand started in 2022, said Winter, and Team Ozarks was founded in 2017.
