Springfield-Greene County Park Board responds to YMCA claims

In the May 16-22 Springfield Business Journal print edition, Brian Brown's cover story, "Nonprofit fitness center competition intensifies," noted that Springfield-Greene County Parks’ Information Director Bob Nelson said the Park Board was crafting an official response to the YMCA’s public opposition to the Dan Kinney Family Center. That response was released May 13, a day after SBJ went to press with the story.
