Project description: A new Republic Branch of the Springfield-Greene County Library District is under construction. The facility will feature dedicated children’s and teens’ areas, community and meeting rooms, and high-tech maker studios for creating music, videos and recordings. Outdoor amenities include a walking trail and an area called the Exploratorium with interactive learning zones for kids. The project architect is Paragon Architecture LLC. Engineers are Olsson Inc., civil; Toth and Associates Inc., structural; and True Engineering Group LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
