Project description: The new Springfield-Greene County Animal Control facility on West Division will replace the outdated shelter with a modern, humane space, according to project officials. Featuring advanced heating, ventilation and air conditioning, as well as backup power and durable construction, the facility is intended to improve animal care and capacity, officials say.
