Springfield-based O’Reilly Development Co. is planning a $7.3 million affordable housing complex in Joplin.
The Springfield developer is working with the Economic Security Corporation of Southwest Area on the project called Forest Park North Apartments.
The complex is designed for income-limited residents and veterans with special needs, according to the Joplin Globe.
