A Springfield attorney has been promoted to partner at national law firm Husch Blackwell LLP.
Ryan Olson, who works at Husch Blackwell's Springfield office at 3810 E. Sunshine St., Ste. 300, is one of 30 new partners firmwide who were promoted Jan. 1, according to a news release.
"Our reputation for exceptional client service is built on the strength of our people," Husch Blackwell CEO Jamie Lawless said in the release. “Elevating these talented attorneys is not only an acknowledgement of their achievements – it represents our commitment to building a team of leaders who approach each new challenge collaboratively and with our clients’ interests in mind.”
Olson represents businesses in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction and real estate, according to his biography at HuschBlackwell.com. With wife Jessica Harmison-Olson, he also owns Maxon Fine Jewelry.
Husch Blackwell's website lists seven partners in Springfield.
Husch Blackwell ranked No. 5 on Springfield Business Journal's 2024 list of the area's largest law firms. The company reported 14 local attorneys and 33 total staff members for the list published May 20.
