Spring Valley Condominiums

PSC Energy Services Inc. is the general contractor for CSH LLC’s three-phase condominium project that will add 120 living units in Nixa by August 2007. H Design Group LLC is the architect for the project, which is now in its second phase. Engineers are Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and HBH Engineers LLC, mechanical. The condominiums will range in size from 780 square feet to 1,200 square feet with a total of 125,000 square feet. Ozark Bank is the lender for the project, which has an estimated cost of $6.9 million.

The development also will include a clubhouse, exercise room and swimming pool. John Chandler, owner of PSC Energy Services Inc. and co-owner of CSH LLC, told Springfield Business Journal in September that condo units would sell for $78,000 to $128,000 or lease for $550 to $900 per month. Phase II construction is slated for completion Nov. 1; groundwork is under way for Phase III.
