Spring 2023 Architects & Engineers Project Report: The Crescent

CJD Engineering LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for The Crescent, a new mixed-use property at the corner of Sunshine Street and Scenic Avenue. When completed, nearly 8,000 square feet of retail space will be available at the complex, with gated apartments on the backside. The 145-unit complex will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, and residents will have amenities including a rooftop patio, fitness area and clubhouse with a game room, kitchen and double-sided fireplace. The clubhouse will also feature glass overhead doors that open to the pool area. H Design Group LLC is the project architect, BP Builders LLC is the general contractor, Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the structural engineer. The project is slated for completion in fall 2024.
