The Courageous Church East

Hood-Rich Inc. is project architect for a 650-seat worship center and children’s classroom facility. This will be the third local campus for The Courageous Church. Ohm Restoration is the general contractor on the $5 million project, with engineering work by Anderson Engineering Inc., civil and landscape; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in March 2023.
Taking shape on 3.5 acres just east of State Highway H/Glenstone Avenue in the area of Valley Water Mill Park are the Fulbright Heights Apartments – three 23,000-square-foot buildings with 24 units each for a total of 72 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
