Project description: Turner Barnes warehouse is a sprinkler and temperature regulated, preengineered facility. Project officials say it features a continuous concrete weir wall perimeter for durability, 10 covered loading docks and two truck entrances. The facility is equipped with two tenant storefront entrances. Rankin Development LLC owns the speculative warehouse. Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective is the architect and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer and Lee Engineering and Associates LLC is the civil engineer.
LeDoux’s Furniture and Whatnots opened on Commercial Street; Soapbox Studios LLC launched; and Day One Fitness LLC opened its first location.
