Project description: At the corner of Division Street and National Avenue, the site of the previous Solo-Mart will now be home to a Dollar Tree, owned by Diversity Commercial Investments LLC. Project officials say the building exterior will feature large glass panels. James O’Donnell III is the project architect, with engineering work by Edelman Engineering Corp., structural; and Latifi Engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
