Slone Architects Inc. designed a four-story, 80-unit SpringHill Suites in Ohio. The $12.5 million project’s general contractor is Alpha Construction (Millersburg, Ohio) and engineering work is by American Structurepoint Inc. (Indianapolis, Indiana), civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in April 2022.
Taking shape on 3.5 acres just east of State Highway H/Glenstone Avenue in the area of Valley Water Mill Park are the Fulbright Heights Apartments – three 23,000-square-foot buildings with 24 units each for a total of 72 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
