Project description: A three-building apartment complex is slated for completion this summer in Rogersville. The 72 apartments were designed with one- and two-bedroom floor plans and each feature a private deck or patio. Officials say the first building will be available for lease in June, with the final building completed by August. Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective is the project architect, and Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC is the civil engineer.
Fortified Elder Law LLC moved; Weston Kissee, a 17-year employee with St. Louis-based financial services firm Edward Jones, relocated; and Monroe Coffee Co. changed ownership.
