Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer for Emma Apartments in northwest Arkansas. Mangold Burris Architecture LLC (Arkansas) designed the wood-frame, three-story apartment building featuring a rooftop deck and commercial retail space. CR Crawford Construction LLC (Arkansas) is the general contractor, with engineering work by Engineering Systems Inc. (Illinois), civil, and HP Engineering Inc. (Arkansas) mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The project is expected to be completed in January 2021.
